The cottage is cosy and comfortable with everything you will need to cook, wash clothes and keep warm with not one but 2 log burners. The village is only a few miles away from Ulverston which has everything you could possibly need. You dont need to travel in the car far before finding a place of interest.

Really had a relaxing few days away and this cottage was very well equipped and felt very homely. Beautiful location and lots of lovely places to visit that were not too far away. Lovely welcome card and bottle of wine was very appreciated when we got there. Would recommend

This is a stylish rental: well positioned, spacious. We had an ongoing electrics issue. We very much enjoyed our stay here, the house is a great size with plenty of room for the 4 of us who stayed there. Loved the extra room upstairs although the signal for the TV etc was not great up there. Lovely location - very easy reach to the bus stop - and to Haverthwaite station (a favourite place for us!). :-)
