Located in the historic market town of Okehampton and within a short walk of the town’s castle and range of cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops, and twice-weekly market. Also accessed on foot is Dartmoor National Park which offers many miles of scenic walks for all abilities, ranging from easy strolls through to challenging hikes and climbs. With great transport links nearby you will also be within a 25-mile drive of the stunning cathedral city of Exeter, while other attractions within 30 miles include Meldon Reservoir and Viaduct, Lydford Gorge, Roadford Lake, the Miniature Pony Centre, Crealy Theme Park and numerous National Trust properties.

On entering this immaculate three-storey townhouse, you will find yourself in the large hall, a perfect place to leave muddy boots after a walk on Dartmoor. Head up two flights of steep stairs to the first floor and enter the light and airy lounge/kitchen/diner. Here you will find a bright and attractive lounge area, which is an ideal space to relax in, with comfortable seating a smart TV, pool table and doors opening into the secluded courtyard garden. The dining area has a large table where you can enjoy mealtimes together. The kitchen is fully equipped with a range-style cooker with electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine and washing machine. Exploring the first floor further to find two double bedrooms both with smart TVs and en-suite bathrooms with showers over the baths and WCs. Completing the first floor is a useful separate WC. Heading up to the second floor via two flights of steep stairs, you will find a double bedroom with a smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, separate shower and WC. The final bedroom has a double bed and a single bed to provide guests with added flexibility – this bedroom also has a smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower over bath and WC.

Stepping outside, you can relax at the end of a fantastic day and maybe dine alfresco in the enclosed sunny courtyard garden with outside rattan furniture. Look forward to sinking into the hot tub, to enjoy the bubbling water under star-filled skies. Allocated parking is available for two cars and there is free roadside parking close by for additional cars (subject to availability).

Beautiful property with close amenities and lovely walks. Attention to detail from owners of giving comfort. The hot tub and pool table very useful for kids with added extra if books and games to play.

Amazing house and fantastic location. We loved every minute of our stay. The pool table was a massive hit and was used daily. Wonderful space for our family. Treats on arrival was a lovely touch. Okhampton is a lovely town.

Wonderful accommodation, spotlessly clean and attention to detail second to none. Thank you so much for the welcome pack, it was very thoughtful. Apologies for not packing away the puzzle but it had taken my husband the entire holiday to finish and he couldn't bring himself to 'destroy it'!!! Really spacious, photos dont do justice to the size of property. Also great location with everything you need a short walk - Simmons park for lovely dog walks with swings etc for kids, also lovely walk along the river towards castle just steps away from property. Thanks for a fantastic holiday!

Excellent house with 4 double en-suites, nice enclosed garden, in excellent location. Great kitchen and lounge facilities. Owners welcome pack was appreciated and were on hand at end of the phone if required. Would stay again.
