We had a great stay. The cottage was lovely and had everything we needed. For those staying with children or a dog, you just need to be aware that there is no garden or parking. This wasn't a problem for us, as we parked down the street and we were out and about, so didn't need a garden.

This is a perfect little cottage for a couple in warmer weather. Sadly the weather was poor for us which meant that we had to use the log burner daily as the heating was insufficient.

Our family of 3, plus 1 dog, had a lovely week at Eden Cottgae. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, as were the sofa and chairs in the sitting room. The wee kitchen was well stocked with equipment and the house was clean throughout. The village pub was closed (temporarily?) which was a slight disappointment. We enjoyed exploring Hadrians Wall,Read more Winlatter Forest, and High Nick Cup, as well as walks straight from the door. Wed all happily return for another peaceful week! Hide
