The cottage was beautiful and very comfortable. It was spotlessly clean. It is in a great location and peaceful. Tea bags, sugar, milk and biscuits were provided which was a nice welcoming touch. I would stay again. There were more shops than I expected, bakery, general store, post office, green grocers, gift shop, charity shop, clothes shop, pub, Read morechippy, few coffee bars, cafe, arcades and beautiful beach. We have stayed at Winns several times so can highly recommend. Beautifully clean, comfortable cottage. Perfectly situated for all the surrounding beaches that our rescue dog Isla enjoys. Would also suggest Felbrigg Hall for long walks, especially in the autumn. It is so nice to just relax in a such a peaceful place.

The property is a credit to the owners as it is extremely clean and they have thought of every requirement and more. The road to the property is a bit of a let down as it is full of potholes. Mundesley has a lovely sandy beach which our dog Peggy loved. The village is lacking as there is only one pub/restaurant and a lot of the shops are empty/closRead moreed. This was without doubt our holiday let vacation to date. The owners of the let went over and above with nice little surprise extras like a pint of milk, ice in the fridge and freezer and even a doggy treat and doggy poop bags. Very modern and comfortable end of terrace house with plenty of space. Excellent kitchen with all modern appliances. Host was very welcoming and helpful, although we only talked over text.
