We had a wonderful fortnight at the Cedar Barn cottage, a warm welcome and not missing anything. We enjoyed being so well located, close to the A66 to take us easily to paces and also having a beautiful surrounding in easy reach to explore on foot or just a short drive away. Shopping and pubs could be reached in a few minutes drive. The cottage wasRead more cosy, warm, the little garden house a welcome refuge when it rained. We enjoyed the nice walks we could start from the doorstep. Highly recommended! Hide

The owners were very welcoming and the property was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The location was excellent for local tourism and was ideal for our purpose of completing the last 50 miles of the The Lady Anne Way walk from Hawes to Penrith.
