If you enjoy the great outdoors then you will love this location, there are some fabulous walks from your front door, the local area is popular with walkers and cyclists. Just a short drive from the market town of Penrith and beautiful Lake Ullswater. Enjoy a day on one of the Ullswater steamers or why not visit the Lakes Distillery, book a tour and enjoy the local Whisky on offer.

Entering the property you will enter the bright spacious hallway. The large country kitchen/dining area is off the hall , well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, it has a Smart Tv and patio doors leading onto the garden with amazing views of the countryside. This area of the house offers a great social space to catch up over a meal or breakfast. Next door there is a utility/boot room with washing machine, this room can be accessed from the garden. There is a spacious lounge further down the hall with Smart TV/DVD and patio doors which open out onto the garden/patio. At the end of a busy day enjoy the comfy seating and watch a good movie. The house offers three spacious double bedrooms and a single bedroom. There is a bathroom situated across from the bedrooms which features a shower over the bath and WC and an additional bathroom with shower and WC.

There is a spacious enclosed private garden and patio for you to sit out and enjoy on a good day. It offers some fabulous views across the fields and fells. There is private parking available on the private gated drive which will accommodate three cars.

A lovely cottage, very spacious, wonderful views. Very well equipped and very homely. Would recommend for a relaxing break.

The cottage was Spotless and beautifully maintained. The welcome basket was really thoughtful and the cottage lacked nothing. A beautiful location made for a perfect base to go walking in the Lakes. The local pub served fantastic food and was really welcoming. The cottage was everything that we wanted for a family get together. Beautiful large property in very peaceful countryside location. It is larger than it appeared in photographs. Small play area 5 minute walk away with swing, slide and few other bits in large field was loved by my 2 year old. The local pub open Friday Saturday and Sunday evenings serves great food.
