Cottage was in lovely location with access to nearby towns and services but with rural feel. Garden not huge when visiting with children who like to play outside but plenty of places nearby.

The property was clean, comfortable and spacious. It was a great location for visiting local sites of interest and places of personal memories. There was a good choice of restaurants, cafes and takeaways within walking distance. There were some welcoming touches such as biscuits and the towels folded into swans. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely spacious house, well equipped. Dining room is lovely, lounge is just a little cramped for 8 adults. Location is great for Bakewell, Chatsworth House, Matlock and Matlock Bath. Next door to a factory one side and Garage other side but didn't bother us
