This single storey property is full of charm and character with large rooms that offer friends and family great areas to socialise in. The beautifully furnished living room is the focal point of the holiday home with a glorious open fire that makes evenings spent in this space extra special. The kitchen/diner is modern and large with all the equipment to create delicious homemade meals during your stay and it even comes with a lovely AGA. Sit down together in the open plan kitchen/dining area. When it's time to rest your head, choose from one of four bedrooms to sleep in. The large master bedroom is an impressive size with windows on three walls that welcome in lots of sunlight. This room also comes with an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath, WC and hand basin. In addition, you'll find three twin bedrooms and one double bedroom, an be made up as a double or a twin. A family bathroom with a shower over the bath, WC and hand basin, as well as a separate WC and a handy laundry room complete this property.

An excellent cottage, located slightly off the beaten track with a huge garden and lovely views. Provisions available within a ten minute drive. Good base for travelling for days out in Angus, from the coast to the glens. The cottage is very well equipped and was ideal for three generations and two dogs. Communication with Dot meant that, although Read morewe accessed the property via a keysafe, we knew that we had a contact had we required anything at all. Have already recommended to friends. Hide

Beautiful area with a very comfortable welcoming country house suitable for all the family. Kids and dogs loved the outdoor space. Quiet, secluded with plenty of amazing wildlife to see. We had a lovely stay at Wellbank Cottage. Great garden and outdoor space. There is a pub 5 minute drive away. Nice walks on the doorstep and short drive away too. Cottage itself was clean and we had everything we needed. Would return. Thanks!

Fabulous altogether! Location lovely. Garden had so many interesting visitors red squirrels, hares, deer, kestrel, swallows to name a few!! Garden perfect for the dogs.
