A spacious, beautiful, well equipped place. And the beds are great, I slept so well. We did hikes and played golf and had a great time.

What we saw first was the welcoming bunch of flowers on the kitchen table. We were then like wrapped by the comfort and warmth of this beautiful house. Plenty of room, windows opening to the river, blossoming trees, hils and moors. In the kitchen no detail was missing for our feeling at home from teabags to fresh milk. In the surroundings, pure beRead moreauty of water and land, mist and sun. A number of pleasant hikes. A week we'll remember. Hide

Lovely house with an interesting history. Comfortable and cosy with plenty of space for an extended family. Excellent response from the caretaker if needed. Weve booked the Manse twice now and hoping to return again in the Autumn..

We had a fabulous week staying at The Manse. The kitchen had everything we would need and the bathrooms were lovely. The amount of space for a big group is perfect and the views and walks were stunning. We would definitely book again - The Taylors

Very comfortable house with great layout and very well equipped. Plenty space for drying gear and worked really well with two kids (aged 2 and 5). We frequently holiday in the area and will definitely be rebooking The Manse.
