Golfers will enjoy the numerous golf courses that the area offers too. Bridge of Cally has some amenities including a general store only 3 miles from the property, and further facilities are found in Blairgowrie (7 miles).
You'll be instantly enchanted by this property; whether it's by the turrets peeping through the trees as you approach from the driveway, or the feeling of grandeur as you step into the panelled entrance hall. On the ground floor, kick off your shoes in front of a roaring open fire in the lounge or study before gathering everyone for a meal in the dining room which comfortably seats 18. The kitchen is well-equipped with a warming AGA, as well as a pantry and cold room for additional storage, making cooking up a feast for everyone all-the-more hassle-free. Alternatively, catering is available by arrangement. After dinner, get stuck into a game of table tennis in the games room. You'll be spoilt for choice when picking a spot to enjoy your morning coffee; the bay window in the lounge looks out over the gardens or open the French doors in the sunroom for a gentle breeze from the comfort of the sofa. Spend a day out on the water at one of the lochs fishing for trout or try your hand at catching a salmon or two on the Blackwater River which runs along the eastern boundary.
