From the grand turreted façade to the luxurious wood-panelled entrance hall, the sense of Edwardian splendour won't escape you at this property which enjoys glorious rural surroundings whilst within easy reach of Perth (22 miles). The house stands proud at the centre of its 1500-acre estate which engulfs mature woodland, sweeping lawns, lochs and tennis courts. Only 13 miles from the Cairngorms National Park, you can look forward to hiking, climbing, fishing, skiing (season dependent) and much more, with Scotland's famous scenery as your backdrop. Golfers will enjoy the numerous golf courses that the area offers too. Bridge of Cally has some amenities including a general store only 3 miles from the property, and further facilities are found in Blairgowrie (7 miles).

You'll be instantly enchanted by this property; whether it's by the turrets peeping through the trees as you approach from the driveway, or the feeling of grandeur as you step into the panelled entrance hall. On the ground floor, kick off your shoes in front of a roaring open fire in the lounge or study before gathering everyone for a meal in the dining room which comfortably seats 18. The kitchen is well-equipped with a warming AGA, as well as a pantry and cold room for additional storage, making cooking up a feast for everyone all-the-more hassle-free. Alternatively, catering is available by arrangement. After dinner, get stuck into a game of table tennis in the games room. You'll be spoilt for choice when picking a spot to enjoy your morning coffee; the bay window in the lounge looks out over the gardens or open the French doors in the sunroom for a gentle breeze from the comfort of the sofa. Also on the ground floor is a laundry room, two cloakrooms with WCs and a boot room. Up on the first floor, the spacious master double bedroom enjoys its own en-suite bathroom, while four twins and a single bedroom each have their own washbasins and share three bathrooms and two separate WCs. The second floor comprises four further twin bedrooms, three more bathrooms and a large dormitory with five single beds with a seating area in the turret. Each room provides comfortable elegance, thoughtfully decorated and furnished to provide you with all you'll need for a pleasant stay.

Step out into the gardens where there's plenty of space for children to burn off some energy, whether it's running around on the lawn, competing on the tennis courts or going for a stomp around the grounds. You might spot a red squirrel or some roe deer if you keep very quiet! Clay pigeon shooting can be arranged on-site, as well as fishing. Spend a day out on the water at one of the lochs fishing for trout or try your hand at catching a salmon or two on the Blackwater River which runs along the eastern boundary. Lessons are available by arrangement.
