Situated in an elevated position overlooking Ventnor's Esplanade and harbour, this apartment is ideally placed not only to explore the delights of this bustling seaside town, with its local shops, bars and restaurants but is within a two minute walk of the island’s southernmost holiday beach. Several other tourist destinations are accessible, from Shanklin to Freshwater Bay and the oldest theme park in the UK, in neighbouring Blackgang Chine. There is something for all the family to enjoy here! Ventnor is located beneath St Boniface Down, the highest point on the Isle of Wight, and this apartment is perfect for those who want to be close to Ventnor’s seafront and town but with access to a wealth of coastal and upland walks, local history and culture.

Being on the first floor, this apartment benefits from its elevated position with fantastic uninterrupted sea views. The apartment is light and spacious with large bay windows to the front. The open-plan kitchen/diner is fully equipped with electric oven, grill and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The dining table (extendable) offers ample seating for guests. Where better to sit of an evening to watch the sun setting over the sea, whilst enjoying a cold glass of wine. With even more views from the main lounge, everyone can enjoy the magnificent vista, with a Smart TV and Smart DVD you can also snuggle up after a busy day and watch your favourite film. Along the hallway you will find the master king-size bedroom with en suite shower room and WC, and the twin bedroom just opposite. The bedrooms are quiet and have views of St Boniface Down. The family bathroom sits at the end of the hallway.

The apartment’s south-facing balcony, with access from the snug, has the most amazing sea views. The ideal spot to sit out and enjoy a cold drink on a sunny summers evening. Limited on street parking is available nearby, on a first come first served basis. For peace of mind, the nearby public car park (3 minutes walk) offers weekly or daily parking permits.

Cliff View Apartment is a very comfortable property with amazing views over the sea. Everything that we needed was provided. It was only a few minutes walk to Ventnor beach and the Esplanade, the coastal path and the shops. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely apartment, stunning views and a great location. Parking can be tricky, but a space did become available along the road each night. Annoyingly after we'd paid for the parking permit, however it did not spoil of affect our minibreak. We'll be very happy returning to this apartment!

The apartment is very spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The views from the front windows are incredible. Stairs may be a problem for some as would the walk up from the sea front. Parking can be a problem at busy times as there is no parking allocated to the property.

Lovely quiet, light and airy, well equipped 1st floor apartment in a good location, and with stunning views. Note, no lift in the building to access the apartment if you have mobility issues. Parking outside the property can be an issue due to restrictions. Free parking nearby if space available, otherwise you have pay to park. Luckily we got spaceRead more in the road most days. Wonderful location and amazing view. Immaculately clean. Extremely quiet with no noise outside or from above / below. Thoughtful touches (lots of just a pinch of things in the kitchen, enough dishwasher tablets, umbrella in case you forgot yours). Wish we lived here!

The apartment is absolutely first class; roomy and plenty of lovely features. A first class kitchen / diner; generous sized lounge and two roomy bedrooms. The balcony is a good size with great views out to sea. I can't recommend the apartment highly enough and, if I have anything to do with it, will definitely return.

Lovely apartment in good location overlooking the sea. Parking is limited so would suggest buying a parking permit though not cheap. My mother and I enjoyed our stay but its good to note there is a very steep incline coming back up from the seafront which my elderly mum found hard. Ventnor has lovely walks and nice eating places along the front. WoRead moreuld recommend. Hide

The apartment was perfect! Great location and a fantastic sea view. Beds were very comfortable and showers were good. There was everything you could want in the kitchen to cook your own meals. We wouldn't change a thing! Thank you.

A lovely flat with excellent views of the sea and sea front. It's large and roomy anwell kitted out. We stayed in the wintertime and were glad to have a good kitchen and space to eat. Don't be put-off by the on-street parking as we managed to park outside on most days and used the suggested free car park on other days.

We stayed at 3 Cliff View for 7 days. Such a lovely apartment. We found everything that we might have needed was there. Apartment really comfortable. The bed was one of the best we have slept in whilst away. One en-suite and one bathroom, again scrupulously clean and very roomy.. We even managed to sit on the balcony too. The views are brilliant. VRead moreentnor by its nature is very hilly, but we found that it suited us very well. We shall hopefully be returning in the not so distant future. Hide

Clean, comfortable and well-equipped apartment with beautiful sea views in a very convenient location. The beach is a few minute's walk, as are pubs, restaurants, a medium-sized Co-op and a bus stop. Apartment is on first floor, rooms are bigger than the photos on website show. Easily room for 4 on balcony but only 3 chairs. We did not have issue with parking and we had a car and a motorbike. If no room for car we used the car park up the hill opposite which you get to by going round the loop of the one way roads.
