Our return visit to Bottle Cottage didn't disappoint, the cottage is well equipped and comfortably furnished, a delight to return to after a day of exploring the Northumberland countryside. Lovely cottage with everything we needed. Lovely welcome pack on arrival including a towel for drying off the dog, which was a nice touch. Great pub next door with super friendly and helpful staff.

This is a lovely cottage in a very pretty village, with glorious countryside around. It's easy to get to many places of interest, though in our case Storm Ciaran caused a few problems with flooded roads. The pub next door was very welcoming, and food portions huge; they also have a useful small shop attached. Great cottage, immaculate and easy to use for a small gathering. We appreciated the village with a lovely atmosphere not touristy, pub next door quiet & friendly with their own shop... everyone so friendly and some fantastic remote walks.

Lovely comfortable cottage in a beautiful location, next door to a friendly pub/ village hub. The house is very well equipped and spacious with a very comprehensive info folder. There is no garden, which was only a shame as the weather was unusually fabulous..
