This is a perfect escape for families wanting to explore all that the east coast has to offer. Whether it’s quiet stretches of white sands or popular seaside resorts, this location has it all.

This is the perfect base for discovering other coastal towns such as Skegness with attractions including Natureland Seal Sanctuary and Fantasy Island. Slightly further away is the beautiful city of Lincoln with its castle, cathedral and bespoke shops. For keen walkers there are numerous coastal and wold walks to enjoy. The seaside town of Mablethorpe provides an array of shops, cafes, amusements and pubs to enjoy. This is the perfect base for discovering the Lincolnshire coastline alongside other coastal towns such as Skegness, Chapel St Lenoards and Sutton-on-Sea, with attractions nearby.

Stepping into the bungalow into the hallway, you can kick off sandy shoes and wander through into the kitchen with everything you need to cook a good meal such as an electric oven and hob, fridge, mini fridge, microwave and washing machine. Moving through into the dining room with a spacious dining table to enjoy a family meal,  a corner sofa . The lounge is set to the rear of the property and offers comfortable seating in front of the TV (with Sky TV and Netflix).  With handy access to the garden via the patio doors. The double bedroom is situated just off the lounge with plenty of space to hang your clothes in the hallway wardrobes. Completing the ground floor there is a bright and airy bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Heading up the steep staircase to the first floor is the twin bedroom, please note due to this being a loft conversion, head height is restricted.( not suitable for the infirm or very young children.

Outside is a spacious enclosed garden, relax with a cold drink and enjoy a summer BBQ or play some outdoor games on the grass. There is off-road parking for two cars.

Lovely bungalow in nice area. Garden good size and fenced so safe for 4 legged friends. Comfortable furniture.

Lovely location, quiet with only 10min walk to the beach. The cottage was very clean and in good repair. Beds were very comfy. Garden was brilliant for my dogs, secure all the way round. I would definitely love to stay again next year.

Cottage is very nice. Not much near by Closed shop or pub is in 30 minutes walk. It's perfect if you want a quiet and peaceful getaway. Perfect for dog. Garden is secured. We definitely enjoyed staying there. Just would be even better if there would be shop/pub closer to the house.
