This is an excellent location, very comfortable and with superb views of the marina and surrounding district. This was our second visit, and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Still waters is ideally situated to gain the view of the sunsets The owners have thought of everything which enhances the positive experience. All furniture and equipment are of high standard and a joy to use. Amble is a pretty little town with excellent amenities. We would recommend the fishshack to eat and drink. Also Spirelli's for fab relate FuRead morerther afield is the National glass centre on Sunderland University Campus. Well worth a visit. Did all the local markets - great fun. Fab time. Hide

Beautiful well appointed apartment with stunning views over the marina especially at sunset. Spotlessly clean. Very convenient for some good restaurants and an ice cream parlour. You can walk up or down the coast from the door although we also used the local buses some of which are infrequent to more remote locations. A really nice apartment with a great view and every amenity. Really well located in the centre of Amble. We visit the area regularly and this is the nicest place we have stayed. Third visit and can highly recommend. Apartment is well equipped, modern, very warm and comfortable. Spotlessly clean with of course the superb view of the marina and Warkworth from the huge picture windows. Added bonuses of dedicated undercover parking and a lift.

amazing place, i'd visit again in a heartbeat. Local ice cream parlour just around the corner. Being an avid sewer i was delighted to find a lovely friendly fabric cabin in the local high street. The property was clean and finished to a very high standard. The kitchen was more than fully equipped.

It is always a pleasure to stay in Still Waters, with its warm, clean and comfortable facilities and amazing view across Amble Marina. Its close proximity to the town shops and eateries is particularly welcome. Access to the town and adjacent sea front is flat and easily negotiated by those of us less nimble on our feet. Flat great, Holiday Cottages support poor. Wed 5/6 someone working on building door lock. My wife couldnt get back in at 11:00, but found a neighbour to let her in. I returned at 15:00, couldnt get in. My wife said to ring Holiday Cottages she had read the ringbinder. I did, got grudging help, told REPEATEDLY that my contract was with owner and thRead moreey were first point of contact. Still Waters is a dream holiday home. It is spotlessly clean, warm, has an amazing view of sunsets and the harbour. It has a balcony which, weather permitting, would be wonderful for sitting on with a gin and tonic and, a bonus, a car port. Highly recommended
