Just a short drive from the property, is the village of Pevensey with its striking castle, now an English Heritage site and the Sovereign Harbour Marina, Eastbourne, a great place for a spot of lunch whilst admiring the wide variety of boats moored up. Further along the coast, are the towns of Eastbourne and Bexhill-on-Sea. The Towner in Eastbourne, is a stylish contemporary art gallery and is not to be missed. For animal lovers, Drusilla’s Park at Alfriston offers a great family day out with Lemurs, penguins and a family splash park.

Approximately 16 steps (with handrail) lead you to the property where you enter into a hallway where there is space for dropping off sandy shoes and hanging coats.
