Croyde is a chocolate box village with many thatched houses, shops and trendy eateries favoured by young and old alike. Its golden sandy beach gives you an opportunity to try a wide range of water sports. On either side of the village are more beaches where the sand, sea and surf can be enjoyed, Woolacombe, Saunton and Putsborough being just some. Walkers will be spoilt for choice with direct access onto the South West Coast Path, from Croyde, taking you across the spectacular headland to Baggy Point, Exmoor National Park is within easy reach by car. Other attractions and places of interest nearby include the links golf course at Saunton, Barnstaple with its market and high street shops, Exmoor Zoo, Ilfracombe and Lynton and Lynmouth are also worth a visit.

Upon entering this reverse-level property you are welcomed into a light and bright hallway perfect for hanging coats and storing shoes, from here you will find the four bedrooms, firstly is a family suite providing a bunk bedroom with 5ft 6" beds suitable for children, the second bedroom is accessed through the bunk bedroom providing a double bed, next is a twin with two single beds and finally a large master bedroom with a king-size four-poster bed with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC and Smart TV. Finishing the ground floor is a shower room with shower and WC. Heading up to the first floor where you will find the impressive well-equipped kitchen, with electric oven and hob, microwave, Vertuo coffee machine, two integrated under counter fridges (one with large ice compartment)dishwasher and washing machine, you can enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar or head into the open-plan lounge/diner for some well-earned family time. The dining table has ample seating for everyone and is perfect for those special meals. After a busy day at the beach head into the lounge area where you can curl up on the comfy sofas and watch your favourite films on the Smart TV/DVD with BT TV. Also, on this floor is a handy separate WC.

Heading outside, leading from the dining room fling open the patio doors to the large decked balcony with a rattan sofa set and coffee table to enjoy those warm summer evenings where a good chit chat and a glass of wine can be enjoyed whilst looking out to the surrounding hills and village. From the ground floor there is a secluded patio area with large picnic bench, charcoal BBQ along with a handy outdoor shower, ideal when returning from the beach.

There is private parking for three cars.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Priory Stables. The Location was amazing, being between the beach and the Village. The house was clean and bright. Would definitely recommend. We hope to return.

A beautiful house right in the centre of Croyde! Perfect for accessing all of the village facilities and only a short walk to the beach. A huge amount of space in the lounge and dining area for socialising and relaxing and an excellent outdoor area too equipped with a BBQ, great outdoor shower for after surfing and great sized dining area. You couldn't be in a better spot for enjoying all that Croyde has to offer. A comfortable sunny house with parking for 3 cars. Recommended!

I would highly recommend this holiday home set in beautiful surroundings and a stones throw from many lovely places to visit. The home is spacious, well equipped, comfortable and beautifully quiet the perfect place to relax.

Entrance road and Driveway narrow, not ideal for larger vehicles. Could do with a bit of a refresh. Very clean and comfortable both in living area and bedrooms. Fabulous location with pub and beach just minutes away. I would recommend.

Good location for beaches, village with pub & restaurants. Living accommodation very roomy. Just needed some games, more general glasses & bin information.

The house is in a really great location, and there is a really responsive host / owner. However, house does need some TLC and parking outside the house often prevents access to the driveway.
