Overall a very nice and generally clean cottage, a few minor issues with some of the equipment but I'm sure these will be fixed in time the interior is dated but homely, The cottage was nice and warm and we had a warmer welcome from the hosts who made us feel at home. the location was great and we went into the city most days but the secluded naturRead moree of the cottage meant winding down at night was very easy. Parking was very convenient and made unpacking and packing a breeze. We would stay again. Hide

A great location near to Edinburgh, we used the train some days to get into the city which was very convenient. Supermarket and pubs/restaurants also not far to drive to. The cottage had everything we needed but did have a bit of a damp, musty smell. We kept the windows open to help with this as my husband suffers with asthma.

A cute country cottage in an idyllic location even if you dont play golf. If you have a dog take a tie-out line as the greens are too tempting and the garden is not secure.
