This apartment enjoys a spectacular location directly on the waterfront at Westward Ho! The beach is just a short stroll away, and local shops, restaurants and a golf course are also within walking distance. Just a few miles away is the attractive harbour town of Bideford, which is known for its narrow alleyways lined with antique shops and its array of independent shops. A particularly special trip to take from Bideford is the boat ride across to Lundy Island, a three-mile wide haven for wildlife managed by the National Trust. Family attractions are just a short drive away at The Big Sheep Adventure park and why not try a surf lesson or pitch and putt for a fun day out.

This beautiful apartment is perfectly placed in this contemporary seafront building.The main living area is an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which enjoys stunning sea views. Here guests will find a Smart TV and a Bluetooth speaker. There’s also a selection of books and games for guests to enjoy. Large glass doors from this area open onto the impressive balcony. The dining table seats six, and beyond which the is the kitchen area which is well-equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, Nespresso Coffee Machine and dishwasher, whilst the freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer are kept in the separate adjacent utility room. The master bedroom is a spacious room with super-king size bed and floor to ceiling doors opening out onto the balcony. This room also benefits from an en-suite shower room with underfloor heating, heated towel rails and WC. The remaining two bedrooms are a single and twin respectively. The main bathroom has a bath with handheld shower, WC, heated towel rails and underfloor heating.

To the front of the property, leading off from the living area and the main bedroom is a stunning 30’ balcony with table and chairs, which has uninterrupted views of the sea, across the bay to Lundy. There is a bike rack which can hold up to four bikes. There is a lift in this apartment block accessed via the underground car park to reach the apartment on the first floor.

The apartment is in a fantastic location with views that are amazing. The whole place was lovely and clean and well equipped. Already missing sitting in the lounge on the comfy settee watching the ever changing view of the sea. We will certainly be going back!

What a lovely property, so spacious, bright and airy, very comfortable and well equipped. You couldn't possibly be closer to the sea, and everything you might need is in walking distance. Exceptionally well located with fantastic views. Watch the grey seals and porpoises from the large balcony looking out to sea. All equipment was in good order and my wife and I had a great week long break. Thank you to the owners for sharing their wonderful apartment.

As above. High quality accommodation, fantastic location and close to all amenities in Westward Ho! The Grandkids love this place, but expect to pay a premium rate to secure it during the Summer Holidays. Market Forces!

Absolutely fantastic apartment, a real home from home. Incredibly well equipped and comfortable. The view from the balcony (and bed!!) are breathtaking. Walking distance from all the amenities of Westward Ho! and great rock pooling just below the apartment.

Fantastic location! The master bedroom and main room have a cruise ship type feel to them as you are literally in the sea, its beautiful! My wife said this is the best apartment in Westward Ho! we have stayed in so far, I think that Westward Ho! Is getting overpriced though which is a shame as its beautiful but its comparable now to 5 star luxury fRead moreoreign holidays so makes us think twice about rebooking. Hide

Amazing apartment and location. It was our third visit to Westward Ho! but the first time at this apartment. We would definately choose to stay here again, the views from the balcony are are outstanding and will be in our memories until we return again. The equipment level and quality was excellent and much appreciated.

We usually like staying in Nassau Court and this was no exception. Lovely, clean apartment with great views over the sea. Kitchen was well equipped and bedroom and bathroom areas were a high standard. Owner phoned beforehand and gave helpful advice, including a good recommendation for local pizza !

Fabulous location- felt like being on the balcony of a cruise ship! Secure underground parking is a real bonus. Apartment was fully kitted out with everything you could need and was very clean.
