The open fire is a lovely focal point for this room. The dining area is behind the main seating area of this room and has a fold-out table, ensuring that there is plenty of space when meals are not being eaten. The light and airy kitchen has a breakfast table, perfect for informal meals, and is equipped with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, and microwave, whilst the washing machine and freezer are located in a separate utility room, which doubles as a handy boot room. Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor: a double and a single room, as is the shower room, with shower and WC. There is also a ground-floor cloakroom with WC. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms, one of which is a double, as well as a twin and another single room. There is also the main bathroom with shower upstairs.
Outside, the beautiful spacious garden to the rear of the property is accessed via the utility room and offers a large lawn area, with attractive shrubs and trees, whilst to the front of the property, there is a gated driveway.
