Lovely quaint cottage at the end of a quiet street. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the property was big enough for the 2 of us and our small dog. We paid for a week parking permit and had no trouble parking up even when visiting at a bank holiday. Would recommend staying here.

I dont think we can add anything that hasnt previously been said. Lovely cottage, obviously small but ideal for us as a couple and dog and the courtyard was perfect to chill. The only downside was the hassle of finding parking every evening after a day out and certainly would not want to go in August holiday season. The Deckhouse was in a fantastic location, so near to the quay and shops and bars, but quiet with no passing traffic. We paid for a 7 day parking ticket in the Quay carpark and never had an issue parking. We enjoyed the walk every morning along the Quay when we were going out. Appledore has everything you need.
