Further afield lies Wroxham the capital of the broads with its bustling high street and waterways. The Norfolk coast is a short drive along with the National Trust properties at Felbrigg and Blickling. Pensthorpe past home of BBC Spring Watch is also close by.
Guests arriving at this riverside retreat enter into a spacious, light and stylish open plan kitchen/diner/lounge, the kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob and fridge with ice compartment. A dining area with table and chairs, welcome treats on arrival. The lounge has comfortable sofas and views out onto the decking and river, TV/DVD and CD player. A double bedroom, the shower room comprises of a double shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin with vanity unit.
