This is a terrific property to stay in with a wonderful view of Mevagissey harbour. It was easy enough to drive onto the quay to unload luggage, before moving to the car park but double check if you've a very big car. If you've someone in the party who packs 'heavy', then split it across two suitcases. The property is tall and getting a really heavRead morey suitcase up the staircase is not recommended. It's a minor quibble for such a great location with excellent equipment. Hide

You couldn't ask for a more picture perfect location. The cottage was very comfortable and beautifully cleaned ready for our arrival. Arrival instructions were clear and the collection of the parking permit could not have been easier.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and also the opportunity to sit out at the front to grab some rays whilst devouring the views. The facilities, were perfect for the 2 of us. We have just spent 7 nights in this wonderful accommodation. What can I say except, amazing!! Everything you could need, a traditional cottage with all modern amenities. Views to die for from every room ( even from the loo!) over the harbour and out to sea. Lovely little suntrap area in the back to relax. Just to be aware the stairs are steep as waRead mores the incline from the harbour but this is the price for a wonderful view. Personally, it was well worth it and I'm now fitter! The cottage has everything we needed for our stay. It was cosy and spotless with plenty of space. The double bedroom is accessed via the twin room making this I think more of a couple or family accommodation. The view of the harbour was so beautiful and same view from every room...just a perfect place to stay.

Excellent location, we wife and I have stayed in Quayside Cottage 3 times now. The accommodation has been updated in the last couple of years. Great view of the harbour, we enjoyed watching the boats coming and going. Mevagissey has some excellent restaurants, we enjoyed the Salamander and the Spice the most. Cute cottage right on the harbour with wonderful views. Very close to cafes and restaurants but still quiet and tucked away. It was lovely to sit out in the sun overlooking the harbour with a coffee. Well equipped kitchen with everything we needed. Comfy bed but it's just a double. Highly recommend!

Amazing location but lots of minor issues that if fixed would increase the enjoyment of the holiday. Cozy once the heating was on. Comfy double bed and sofas to sit on but singles not so comfy, fine for children. Lovely soft towels. We had to clean the windows to be able to see the view - part of the attraction of the location. There are 2 cereal bRead moreowls for 4 people, no toilet roll, 9 wine and 8 champagne glasses but only 7 ordinary glasses. No spare bulb for bedroom light that blew. Hide
