We spent a magical week at Birchview. Amazing views from the bungalow with an opportunity to watch a lot of wildlife including red squirrels and a brief sighting of a pine marten plus numerous species of birds. We had a fantastic Christmas holiday at Birchview, the property Is in a remote but beautiful location that suited our quest for solace nicely. The Highland cow experience at Drumnadrochit, exploring Glen Affric and Plodda falls (to name a few bits) are all memories we will hold for a lifetime. Thanks again for accommodating us, much appreciated.

Wonderful, spacious and very quiet cottage, located behind a hotel. A small but nice garden, fenced and with seating area. Inside is a big kitchen with all modern amenities, a big fridge, a nice and big oven, dishwasher, washing machine etc. The living room is well equipped, the internet works well and both bathrooms are as spotlessly clean as the Read morerest of the house. A tour to Loch Ness, Inverness, Glen Affric are all "around the corner" and in Drumnachdrochit you find food and restaurants. Hide

The cottage is beautiful, and in a beautiful location. Nothing could be done differently, we loved the stay. For anyone planning to stay, the location is stunning, and of course Loch Ness is amazing, but walks around Loch Miechle, only 3 mins away, are absolutely beautiful, and we could have happily spent all our time there.
