4 Copper Kettle has an enviable location, being right in the middle of the Harbour front in St Ives. This top floor apartment affords spectacular views over fishing boats, Smeaton’s Pier and over St Ives Bay to Godrevy Lighthouse. No need for a car here as all shops, restaurants, beaches and galleries are right on the doorstep. With one bedroom, separate bathroom and living area/kitchen this would be ideally suited to a couple on a romantic getaway or those who enjoy being in the thick of the busy and bustling harbour surroundings.
Apartment 4 is situated on the top floor at the back of the property. Entrance via stairs to first floor main front door, then two internal flights of stairs, entrance to the lounge/kitchen/diner which comprises of an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, TV, DVD and freeview. Leading into the bedroom with a double (4'6) bed, clothes rail (limited storage) and the main bathroom which consists of a bath, wash basin and WC.
Copper Kettle is situated on the busy harbour front of St Ives above the Rum and Crab Shack restaurant/bar which does play live music. It is accessed by a flight of granite steps and then a further two flights of stairs internally.

St Ives is one of Cornwall's top destinations and a beautiful seaside town where visitors can enjoy a traditional beach holiday with a twist. St Ives also has four fabulous beaches, Porthmeor, Porthgwidden, Harbour beach and Porthminster which between them offer miles of golden sand and hours of building sand castles, playing in the rock pools and other family friendly activities. Dogs are welcomed out of season. Throughout the year, St Ives has a busy event calendar including the St Ives Food & Drink Festival in May and a Music & Arts Festival in September.
