Vin da Looe is a recently refurbished apartment with a fantastic covered gazebo where you can barbecue, play pool and enjoy the outdoor space whatever the weather. Forming the lower floor of the owner's home, it is situated up the hill in East Looe with parking right outside and half a mile from a pub serving good food and local ciders in a friendly atmosphere. The bustling town centre and sandy beach of Looe is a 15 minute walk down Barbican Hill if you want to leave the car, but longer for the return journey. Vin da Looe is positioned well for exploring the area and visiting local attractions such as the Monkey Sanctuary, the Seaton Valley Countryside Park, the Eden Project or take a drive to the stunning Rame Peninsula and see the hidden gem of Whitsand Bay in all its glory.
This stylishly-finished apartment is ideal for a couple wanting a quieter spot away from the busy town centre with private parking and a special outdoor area which is fully enclosed for your dog to enjoy too. The bright sun room, which doubles up as a dining room, looks over the garden and leads into a modern well-equipped kitchen. A cosy living room with dressing area and large leather sofa provides a great place to relax. With everything that it has to offer Vin da Looe is sure to delight.
LOWER GROUND FLOOR reached directly from the parking area by an external flight of 26 metal steps with intermediate landing:

Kitchen: Electric oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, freezer in the gazebo, (access to tumble dryer available on request).
Lounge: Large sofa (which can be used as a sofa bed for a child over the age of 10 - please enquire), TV, dressing area incorporating chest of drawers, wardrobe
Bedroom: King size bed (5'), bedside tables, CD player
Bathroom: Bath (electric shower over), basin, w.c.
GARDEN & PARKING: Private parking for 1 car. Fabulous wooden gazebo with garden furniture, electric griddle, pool table and dartboard and pleasant woodland outlook.
Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am
Pets Welcome: Maximum 2; £25 per pet per week.
Power and Heat: Gas and electricity included in rent, gas fired c.h., heated towel rail
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
Shop: 0.5ml Pub: 0.5ml

The town of Looe has charming narrow streets leading down to a picturesque harbour, and is split into East and West Looe by the river that runs through it, and on down to the beach. Looe's sandy beach has a little cafe where you can linger over a cup of coffee while people-watching or admiring the view.
There are a number of lovely cafes, as well as restaurants and pubs to choose from, making this a great destination for the foodies among you. You will have the opportunity to buy freshly-caught fish from the market on the quay, or if you fancy it, go out on a fishing trip to have a go at catching your own!
If you don't fancy fishing, a good alternative boat trip is to Looe Island, where you can find some lovely examples of rare plants, and spot plenty of wildlife, including grey seals and seabirds. Looe Marine Conservation Group can give you more information about the island and its wildlife.
