"I am delighted when I can help prospective homeowners achieve their goals and successfully offer their property for holiday letting."
♥ Christmas in Canterbury the lights, stunning cathedral and great street cafe.
Coming from a background of hospitality, event management, fashion retail and business development has equipped me well with all the skills required for this diverse role. Working with Kent and Sussex Cottages gives me the opportunity to indulge my love of property and visit an amazing mix and style of homes and of course meet their interesting owners. Based in the Sandwich and Cranbrook office, I am delighted when I can help prospective homeowners achieve their goals and successfully offer their property for holiday letting. I am one of Kent’s biggest advocates, it offers fabulous diversity, a wealth of history and wonderful unspoilt countryside, not to mention the gorgeous beaches and coastline. We are so lucky to have a fabulous city like Canterbury on the doorstep with all its cultural activities and in my opinion the most beautiful Cathedral in England!

"I enjoy the diversity of recruiting as every day is different - from getting to chat to new people and view a wide range of interesting properties..."
♥ Enjoying a gin and tonic with friends at The Vine in Goudhurst, whatever the season!
I’ve worked for Kent and Sussex Cottages since 2009 and came from a background of residential letting. I’ve worked my way through the reservations department, learning all aspects of holiday letting and I now recruit properties throughout Kent and Sussex. I also enjoy doing property photography, which showcases our properties in their very best light. I enjoy the diversity of recruiting as every day is different - from getting to chat to new people and view a wide range of interesting properties – even from the planning stage – is something that I really love. The beauty of Kent and Sussex is that you can enjoy the changing countryside and the coastline – from the Ashdown Forest to the Romney Marsh, the shingle beach at Dungeness to the golden sands at Camber – there is something for everyone.

"I love property and am very fortunate that in my role I get to see a lot of it."
♥ Dukes at Komedia – a small screen cinema in Brighton where you can sip at a glass of wine and sit on sofas to watch the latest movie!
I’ve lived in Brighton for about 20 years, which I think is long enough to make me a local! As well as the Theatre Royal showing plays and musicals, some from the West End, we have the Brighton Centre and Brighton Dome showing dance, comedy and concerts. We are very lucky to be surrounded by the South Downs in Brighton and one of the best walks close by is from Devils Dyke across the South Downs. On a clear day, the views over the valley to the villages of Poynings and Fulking are stunning. I love property and am very fortunate that in my role I get to see a lot of it. I particularly enjoy meeting a homeowner at the start of their journey from a building site to the finished result.
