Becky Tidd

Portfolio Development Manager

"I have a great understanding of the self-catering market and how to do it right."

♥ Watching or being in the sea with my little boy Sennen and dog Bees is where you’ll find me if not at work!

About Becky

I have a great understanding of the self-catering market and how to do it right. With my husband being a furniture designer/maker, my love and knowledge of beautiful interiors grows every day. My favourite horizon is Fistral beach, Newquay with the back drop of the famous ‘Witches’ Hotel. Watching or being in the sea with my little boy Sennen and dog Bees is where you’ll find me if not at work! My love for the sea and sand brought me and my husband to Cornwall in 2007.

Ashleigh Allwood

Property Manager

"I moved to Cornwall in 2016 and am on a mission to explore every corner of this beautiful county."

♥ Watching the sunset over Godrevy Lighthouse.

About Ashleigh

Although not ‘truly’ Cornish, I moved to Cornwall in 2016 and am on a mission to explore every corner of this beautiful county. I live in a little village called Crowan in West Cornwall; it’s your typical Cornish village with no mobile signal and a lane that is seemingly only accessible by a mini. I’m a lover of all things outdoors and always on the go, which is just as well considering the amount of cake that is always on supply in the office. Whether I’m splashing around the sea on my surf board, hiking the coastal path or searching for my favourite pasty, I’m always in awe by how beautiful this place really is.

Annabel Leach

Senior Property Manager

"My role as Senior Property Manager encompasses three elements I thought I could only wish for in a job: people, property and Cornwall."

♥ Walking the South West Coast Path with my husband Bob and our dog Stanley.

About Annabel

My role as Senior Property Manager encompasses three elements I thought I could only wish for in a job: people, property and Cornwall. I love visiting new properties and talking to potential owners and since doing this role I really feel like I know Cornwall better than ever. In my free time I like to walk the South West Coast Path with my husband Bob and our dog Stanley. I particularly like the section from Falmouth – my home town – to Helford Passage on the Helford River. Here the path hugs the coastline and you see many different sailing boats enjoying the calm waters, as well as the occasional military vessel heading into the docks at Falmouth. Since doing this role I really feel I know Cornwall better than ever.

Sophie Young

Property Manager

"I’ve always known my heart is here and understand how lucky I am to live in such a beautiful part of the country."

♥ You’ll find me getting lost in new locations in Cornwall with my family and two small Chihuahua’s, almost certainly ending the walk with a well-deserved pub roast dinner!

About Sophie

I’ve lived in North Cornwall my whole life and despite doing some travelling to exotic places in my youth, I’ve always known my heart is here and understand how lucky I am to live in such a beautiful part of the country. My parents have always been in the holiday letting business and I’ve always had a keen interest in the industry, so my passion for people combined with my love of Cornwall and property means I’ve achieved my perfect career! In my spare time you’ll find me getting lost in new locations in Cornwall with my family and two small Chihuahua’s and almost certainly ending the walk with a well deserved pub roast dinner! My favourite horizon must be my local Rock beach. The view never disappoints, and it helps that it’s where my partner chose to propose!

Nicky Adair

Property Manager based in the Porthleven office

"There are so many places in Cornwall that I love, but Porthleven has it all..."

♥ Sandy house, sandy kids and barbeques on the beach!

About Nicky

My husband and I moved down to Porthleven in 2002 and haven’t looked back. Living just a five minute walk from Porthleven beach, there’s nothing better in the summer than finishing work, taking the dog for a walk and stopping in at The Ship Inn for a pint whilst watching the kids, including our own, harbour jumping. In fact they spend so much time in the water it wouldn’t surprise me if they have developed gills! There are so many places in Cornwall that I love, but Porthleven has it all; amazing restaurants and eateries, the coastal path and beach on our doorstep, excellent surf, one of the best food and music festivals in Cornwall, The Masked Ball….and...and...and. The list goes on. I’m so lucky to call this fun-loving beautiful place home.
