Perfect for a quiet retreat or a family get together this wonderful apartment can sleep 8 people. A large balcony from the first-floor bedroom enjoys the views of the quaint town on the hillside and has a gas BBQ. The second balcony from the lounge on the second floor enjoys views of the harbour and beyond to Torquay. This is a classic topsy turvy property so common in this area to take advantage of the panorama.

There are TV’s in all of the bedrooms and a large open plan living area so you can retreat to your own space or enjoy the family space together. There is also a dedicated dining space for you to gather at mealtimes.

Anzac is part of a larger property called 'Anzac House' which divides into three different sized apartments and can be rented in sections or as an entire inter-connecting property that can sleep up to 15. You can rent an individual apartment, any combination of the apartments or together as an entire property.

The short 5 minute walk to town takes you to some fabulous restaurants, quirky coffee shops and traditional pubs, some dating back centuries and all steeped in the fishing industry history. From intimate bars to lively entertainment there is something for everyone.

If you don't fancy that climb back up the hill after dinner - don’t worry you are a short and inexpensive taxi ride away.

Visit Torquay on the Western Lady ferry or take the 'Round Robin' trip of the bay. Starting in Paignton, visiting Dartmouth and Totnes via steam train, river boat and bus – a fabulous way to enjoy these special places without having to worry about traffic, parking or anything bar relaxing and enjoying yourself.
However, if a day building sandcastles on the beach sounds more appealing, the extremely popular sandy beach of Broadsands is a short car journey away.
For the little ones, you have Paignton Zoo, River Dart Country Park, Pennywell Farm and Woodlands Family Theme Park within easy reach, all guaranteed to provide that fun-packed day out for all ages.
