Sleeping twelve people comfortably on three floors, this spacious Victorian house has stunning sea views from the majority of its rooms. Neptune’s Cove is just a couple of minutes’ walk from the centre and beach at Ilfracombe and benefits from a large terraced rear garden and two private parking spaces. On the ground floor, there is a useful porch and entrance hall which are perfect for storing coats and walking boots, two en-suite bedrooms, a large kitchen/diner with a utility room and a ground floor shower room. The first floor is where the majority of the sociable areas are found. There are two living rooms, a second kitchen and a snug with one of the living rooms having views of the harbour and Damien Hirst’s bronze statue of Verity. On the second floor, there are the remaining four bedrooms – three with washbasins in the rooms – and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Neptune’s Cove is very close to the centre of Ilfracombe with its delightful mix of Victorian and Regency architecture, pretty harbour, independent shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs. The award-winning Ilfracombe Aquarium, fascinating Ilfracombe Museum, Larkstone Leisure Park, Hele Cornmill and Chambercombe Manor - one of Britain's most haunted houses – are all worth a visit. In fact there’s so much to do on the doorstep, that you may not even need to get in the car!

We found Neptune's Cove to be ideally located with a short walk into the many interesting areas of Ilfracombe and opposite the route up to the hill fort and onto the coastal path. It is a very comfortable roomy property with a well equipped kitchen with excellent seating. A great place to stay for a family comprising of 3 generations.

Mrs M,

Superb 6 bedroom house with plenty of room to chill

Mr A,

We were very impressed with all aspects of this property. Plenty of dining space inside and out. The kitchen, dining room and external terrace seating were of a particularly high quality. The kitchen was very well equipped and we managed easily to cook multiple meals at the same time. Parking for two cars on the property, road parking outside and a very cheap public car park directly opposite. The property also had comfortable lounge areas on the middle floor, and fantastic views of the sea and Ilfracombe Harbour. Pleasant short walks in to Ilfracombe, or to Hele Bay, and manageable for all the family. Would happily stay here again.

Mr N,

Good location, short walking distance to harbour. The property was very spacious and great for my very large family. It was equipped for all our needs and the odd thing that was required for our stay Simon the property manager arranged for it immediately. We all had a fabulous week

Ms B,
