Just a stroll from Swanage town in one direction and the World Heritage coastal walk along the cliffs to fabulous Durlston Castle and Country Park the other way. Perched a little above Swanage, it enjoys all the convenience of the town, the fun and relaxation of the beach and seaside, with the quiet and beauty of the countryside a stone’s throw away.

From the living room, the open plan dining room and kitchen are accessed through double doors. The kitchen is sociable with a dining table seating 4 and views of the sea. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room, while the twin bedroom is tastefully furnished and benefits from use of the great size family bathroom.

The property has allocated parking for one car; there is additional off-street parking nearby on a first come first served basis. A seasonal bus runs between Swanage coach park and Durlston Country Park via the heritage railway in the town and stops right outside the property.

Excellently located property with beautiful views of the bay. The only improvement would be to have two sets of keys, and a few extra bigger glasses and cups and a bread knife. Apart from that it was perfect.

the view was beautiful,the apartment was very spacious and had everything you would need just a few minor things would be good,a bath mat in the bathrooms as bath and shower quite slippery and even though the mats are very nice did trip on a couple of them.other than that it was lovely

Beautiful flat and great location with excellent views. Generally clean but toilets needed a deep clean. Kitchen well stocked and a good size. The lift was very handy for getting suitcases up to the flat. Very quiet location. Sofas and chairs comfy and well positioned but the mattresses are well overdue being replaced and meant we all had backache and slept poorly. If the mattresses were replaced we'd definitely stay there again in the future.
