3 By the Sea is a newly renovated first floor apartment, located in one of the character buildings just a few steps away from Weymouth’s famous beach, an excellent town base with all the local amenities on the doorstep. This lovely one bed apartment which is arranged over two floors, offering everything you need to enjoy your stay.

The property is accessed via a communal hallway and four small flights of stairs. The accommodation includes a modern fitted kitchen and cloakroom off the hall. Steps down to a spacious living/dining room, featuring large sash windows with views of Bond Street and the sea. Perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring the Dorset coast and countryside. A flight of stairs leads to a beautifully light airy master bedroom with ensuite bathroom room.  Shutters and glazed French doors open to a Juliet balcony with views to the street, beach and coastline.

Bedroom: Super King size zip and link bed can be made into two standard single beds, (please confirm bed make up preference when booking) wardrobe storage, dressing table, balcony view of street and beach

Ensuite bathroom: bath, shower over bath, W.C, basin and heated towel rail

Kitchen: built in electric oven and integrated microwave, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/drier

Location perfect, right in the centre for beach, shops and restaurants. Accommodation clean modern and comfortable and the parking permit was an absolute must. All in all an excellent seaside break .

The apartment was comfortable, clean and ideally located. We visited Poole, Lyme Regis and West Bay, all by bus and didn't need to use the car during our stay. Weymouth has a beautiful beach and the old harbour area is very attractive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
