Flat 3 Penlu is located in an elevated position above the town, with views across Swanage bay.  An ideal base for a family wanting to explore the Purbecks!

A modern two bedroom, first floor apartment, within a relatively new building, just a short walk from the town and the beach. 

A lift or spiral staircase (quite narrow), takes you from the ground floor communal area to the first floor.  Light, modern and well equipped, Flat 3 Penlu has a living/dining room with sea views, kitchen, two bedrooms (one with ensuite) and a family bathroom.  Children are welcome, with a travel cot and high chair available.  Parking is available off Manor Road.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Flat 3 Penlu. It's a spacious, well planned out flat kitted out with all the amenities and features that you need. It has been maintained to a thoroughly high standard. There is also a dedicated off road parking space which is a bonus.
