Description

Steam Whistle Cottage is a delightful and stylish detached property that has been furnished to a high standard. Enjoy an abundance of space as you enter the modern kitchen with adjoining large, attractive conservatory that creates a light and inviting open plan room.

The property also benefits from 2 separate reception rooms and 3 bedrooms. The pretty enclosed patio garden although small, has been thoughtfully designed with mature shrubs plus a seating area that creates a sense of privacy and tranquillity, ideal for relaxing at the end of the day.

Swanage town centre and beach are within a flat and easy walk away and the property has the added bonus of off road parking for up to 2 cars.

Bathroom: full suite with shower over corner bath, basin and W.C.

Separate W.C: on ground floor

Kitchen: induction hob, eye level double oven with grill, microwave, large freestanding fridge freezer and dishwasher

Lounge: with comfortable seating, large wall mounted TV, DVD player

Second living room: sofa bed, electric coal effect fire and marble surround, flat screen TV

Conservatory:  sofa, extending dining table with seating for up to 8, stereo and double doors leading to garden.

Utility cupboard: with washing machine.

Thus is the second time that we gave stayed at Steam Whistle and both times it gas been exceptional. It's a lovely house, very clean on arrival and well equipped with everything we needed. For us, the best thing about this property is the location. It's literally a five minute walk into the centre of Swanage but has parking. We will certainly be returning.

There have been some lovely updates to the property since our last stay, resulting in a more modern kitchen, and great outside space. Great benefit of your own private parking, which can be sometimes a little limited in Swanage.
