We have stayed in this property 4 times now and we love the location. Good parking on private driveway away from the road. We must like it as we have returned so many times.

A really enjoyable place to stay. It is within easy walking distance of the beach and playground which was important for the 4 year-old. it was well equipped and clean and it had ample parking for 2 (perhaps even 3) cars

This was our third stay in Woodpeckers - we wouldn't choose anywhere else in Southwold; its location is ideal for walking both to the sea and the town, parking is a bonus and the property could not be better equipped or more comfortable. We hope to be back!

Very nice bungalow in a fantastic location.

Woodpeckers is a lovely bungalow tucked away from the road which means it is extremely peaceful with no one walking by. Good parking. From the outside it is very unassuming but inside it is warm and welcoming. We love it. Just returned from Woodpeckers as our daughter had her wedding at The Swan so it was a good base. It is close to the pier which means it is a pleasant walk along the seafront to town. Look forward to returning.

Lovely bungalow. The windows needed cleaning in and out. The grass was very long and was cut the day before we left which was a shame it hadn’t been done beforehand, lovely garden. Lots of plates and cutlery but very short on glasses.

The bungalow was exactly as described on the website. Immaculate standard of cleanliness. Everything you could wish for was there, even the use of umbrellas but luckily we didn't need them. Location was perfect just a stroll from the beach and pier and quick stroll to the centre of Southwold. We didn't need to use the car once we were there. Would certainly use the company again no problems at all. Hopefully booking again soon.

The property was very well appointed - I only marked it down because the wifi connection was so poor and I was unable to connect with my laptop. That would put me off using the property again. Other than that it is one of the loveliest places I have stayed - if the wifi worked I'd go back.

Thank you for a wonderful week in your beautiful bungalow. As usual we parked outside and haven't moved the car all week! We have been visiting Southwold for 30+ years and love it as do our young children. The beach, the pier, the sweetie shop, H + J ice creams, fish and chips, the harbour, the play park, it has it all. This is definitely the best holiday home we've stayed in, so well equipped, great electricals, white goods, so quiet, beautiful garden, we will definitely be coming again!

We have stayed at Wiodpeckers before and always liked it. It’s in a great location with generous off street parking.

We had a fantastic stay, the bungalow was more than we could have wished for. Really well kitted out, lovely and clean, and all mod cons. The bungalow is perfectly located close to the town, pier and beach but in a quiet cul-de-sac so no noise from the town.
