This family home is ideally situated for the beautiful sandy beach at Croyde known for its surfing which has now been awarded the blue flag.  The pretty village is only a short stroll away offering a good choice of restaurants and pubs.  Withyside offers spacious family accommodation and is extremely comfortable throughout, offering all the facilities you could expect to find. The stylish living/dining room has comfy sofas surrounding the fireplace and patio doors leading onto the patio. The second/living room/den provides the opportunity for perhaps the kids to watch a movie before everyone gets back together for a convivial meal, board game or evening out. The south facing lawned rear garden is perfect for leisurely barbecues, breakfast al fresco or just relaxing in the sun, and being enclosed makes it ideal for children. A door from the garden leads through to a utility room, well equipped kitchen and useful cloakroom. Upstairs all four bedrooms are of a good size and attractively presented with excellent co-ordinating linen. The master double bedroom enjoys an en-suite shower room and three others share the family bathroom.
