Oak beams, pine latch doors and slate floors are complemented by comfortable leather sofas and an attractive modern fitted kitchen.  A wood burning stove makes the living room  welcoming and cosy, you will soon feel at home and the separate dining room is perfect for leisurely meals. A convenient cloakroom completes the ground floor accommodation. Two fabulous bedrooms are on the first floor, oozing character and charm, with oak beams, sloping ceilings and whitewashed walls, together with a family bathroom. To the front of the cottage, directly off the lane, there is parking for one car, a real benefit in this popular village. The rear garden with lawn and sun- trap patio is accessed by a few steps down from the stable door off the kitchen. Well Cottage is an ideal choice for couples or families, being within a short drive of the glorious sandy beaches of Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe and for walkers, the Tarka Trail, Braunton Burrows and miles of stunning coastal paths are nearby.
