A fabulous holiday home in Southwold with the beach on the doorstep. Close to shops, cafes and pubs with private parking and lovely courtyard garden.

Wee House is a great little beachside bolthole which has undergone recent renovations. Interiors are stylish and finished to a high standard, beautifully presented throughout with two bedrooms for four guests. The open plan living area is spacious and bright with leather sofas and wide bifold doors opening onto the private, walled courtyard garden. The living area incorporates a great kitchen with all the appliances you need for your self catering holiday including a dishwasher, washer dryer and a Nespresso coffee machine. Upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms, a king-size and a twin and one of the two shower rooms. 

A delightful Southwold holiday cottage - perfect for families and friends planning a seaside holiday on the Suffolk coast - a good option whatever the season. This traditional seaside town is famous for its iconic lighthouse, pier and pretty beach huts. The food is something special too, dine out on some of the freshest seafood around… just switch off your phone, kick off your shoes and relax. 

Shop: 100 yards. Pub: 200 yards. Beach on the doorstep!

Why we love this property... the bifold doors onto the courtyard garden are perfect. Simply relax with an aperitif after a day on the beach while you make plans for dinner!

Southwold Pier Area - It is often said that nothing changes in Southwold. However, the much-acclaimed pier was rebuilt in 2001 and was the first to be constructed in England in over 50 years. It now fits in well with the painted beach huts, promenade and colourful flowerbeds. There is a shop, cafes and an alternative amusement arcade there. The selection of properties' hereabouts makes it an ideal location to stay in Southwold if you require quiet accommodation that is also close to the beach, town centre and the many footpaths across the marshes leading you to the less explored areas of the town.

Wee house is in a excellent location,very close to the sea and close walking distance to the town. The main bedroom is a very good size, and the wardrobe is large with plenty of hangers provided, also plenty of mirrors located well. Excellent bathrooms. Good size kitchen and dining area if you choose to eat in. Lovely courtyard garden,and finally the parking space is brilliant.
