Access Statement

This is a first floor apartment in Neptune House, one of several modern apartment blocks constructed around Milford Haven Marina. Parking Bays for private vehicles are situated directly to the rear of Neptune House. Access to the apartment is gained through the digital secured door at the rear of Neptune House adjacent to the parking bays, and then by climbing the three flights of stairs leading to the first floor. 14 Neptune House is the apartment on the left of the first floor landing. A lift has not been installed in Neptune House but the stairs are carpeted, wide, well lit and with banister support. We do not believe that access will suit every disability or the infirm. There is no other access entrance to the property, as the apartment fronts on to the marina shops and walkway. The whole apartment is on a single level and the floor area of the two bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, hall and shower room are uncluttered. Doors are heavy as the apartment block was originally built as offices and therefore the inner doors were originally fire doors. I think that the size of the apartment, doors and single staircase access may prohibit access by wheel chair users. The open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, bedrooms and shower room all lead off from the central hall way. Access to the small balcony that leads off from the dining area is gained through a double opening patio door. The apartment lighting is very good throughout. The TV and DVD player both have remote control; there is no telephone but mobile reception is good.

Reviews

We have had an amazing time here in this lovely homely apartment. Everything you could possible need is available and its great to go home with no washing to be done. The apartment is in a brilliant location lots to do close by and some amazing places a short drive away. In our 5 days, we visited Tenby, the dinosaur park, Martins Haven, Broad Haven Skomer and Saundersfoot and Dale. Wales is truly a beautiful place to visit and we cant wait to come back again. Thank you so much Sue for an amazing visit and great hospitality

Past Customer,

Another week in our favourite place. Absolutely love the new bathroom, such an amazing touch to the apartment. We have had lovely meals at cocos, harbourmaster and the bar @ neyland. We have a lovely day in saundersfoot, little haven, and our favourite, broad haven. Until next time pembrokeshire!

Past Customer,

Well what can I say.. coming from someone who has OCD regards cleanliness and can spot a cobweb a mile away, I was very impressed with the appearance, decor, and cleanliness of 14 Neptune House. I have stayed in many holiday lets both in the UK and abroad (have even been a host myself) and I must say how beautifully equipped this apartment is. So much thought has gone in to family visitors, with toys, DVD's, books, and enjoyment from the balcony. We loved the area, need to return again to visit what we didnt. Thank you, Sue, you are the hostess with the mostess and then some!
