Description
Bluebell Cottage is a delightful single-storey cottage, converted from a former farm building on the owners’ smallholding in a lovely rural setting, just outside the village of Mydroilyn, 6.5 miles from the spectacular West Wales coastline. The sandy beaches and colourful seaside towns of Aberaeron, New Quay, Llangrannog and Aberporth are all just a short drive away, or you can sit and relax in the enclosed garden overlooking sheep fields and the hills beyond. The cottage is at the far end of the converted farm building, beyond the owners’ farmhouse and with their small business premises in between. Bluebell Cottage is suitable for the less able and is comfortably furnished and fitted to a high standard. Central heating throughout is from a geotherm ground-source heat pump and WiFi is available. A Welcome Pack of local produce is provided.

Dining Area: with oak dining table and chairs, oil-fired stove.
Living Room: with two comfortable sofas, scatter cushions and throws, coffee table, side tables and lamps, Freeview TV and DVD player; picture window/patio door to the garden and rural views.
Kitchen: to one side of the living room, well-fitted, including integrated appliances; electric oven and ceramic hob with extractor hood over, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and slim dishwasher; radio/CD player.
Bedroom One: with super king size bed* and a range of quality bedroom furniture, hairdryer.
Bedroom Two: with twin beds*, quality bedroom furniture, hairdryer.

Sorry, no pets – but please be aware that owners have pets and there are sheep in adjacent fields.
This is a beautiful, rural location, with excellent local walking and within easy driving distance of the many attractions of the West Wales coastline, including the coastal path, boat trips for dolphin, seal and sea bird spotting; sandy beaches and seaside attractions at Aberporth, Llangrannog, NewQuay, Cei Bach, Aberaeron and Llanrhystud. National Trust’s Llanerchaeron is less than 5 miles away and the Dolaucothi Gold Mines, 17 miles. Brechfa Forest, to the south, for forest walks and mountain biking. The pretty market town of Newcastle Emlyn, with lovely independent shops, cafes and restaurants, is just 15 miles away. Cardigan to the south and Aberystwyth to the north, each a little over 20 miles along the beautiful coast road.
