Reviews

Excellent property, with great views overlooking the sea, could just sit there for hours watching the view.

Mr D,

A perfect cottage for a few days by the sea. Exactly what we were hoping for.

Mrs S,

An ideal situation for a truly wonderful beach holiday. A step away from the sea and giving marvellous views from the lovely seated area upstairs. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. We had a fantastic time and wouldn’t hesitate to book the Coup if we came back to Borth.

Mrs C,

The Coup was a perfect place for a weeks family holiday enjoyed equally by adults, small child & the dog easy access for good walks sandunes, beach and rock pools.

Mrs Caroline H,

Love this particular property and location, this was our second visit in 6 month's, we'll definitely be back on a regular basis

Mr Paul B,

The Coup is very well situated backing on the beach at Borth with wonderful views. The slight dip in scores was because some of the bedding - pillows and mattresses are not as comfortable as they could be. But, overall, it’s a lovely property which we would be happy to recommend to friends.

Mrs Mary R,

What can I say- a fantastic all round house, very well equipped and location so convenient, Aberystwyth, Clarach, Ynyslas and Aberdyfi all close by. Lots of shops in Aberystwyth. Acorn chip shop is somewhere I would recommend. " minute walk and chips on the beach is an absolute holiday must for us. The patio is such a lovely place to sit till late at night looking at the view. Peaceful and relaxing time at The Coup

Previous Customer,

Our 10th year holidaying at The Coup. Another great holiday, as ever in pristine condition.

Owen family,

Loved The Coup so much - hoping to come back one day. The views, swimming, dolphins, sunshine were lovely. We just sat outside, read, swam, walked from Borth to Aberystwyth and generally enjoyed being out of the city. Having the sea so close has been amazing and we have made good use of it. Lovely area of the world. We felt instantly looked after and welcomed.

Past Customer,

What a lovely week we have had! We fell in love with the house immediately when my mum saw the view she cried! A proper family get together, the weather was just right for us. We will be back

Past Customer,

A great time - saw dolphins on the first day!

Back again for the second time. Sunshine and showers throughout the week and plenty of warm hours on the patio. Big waves for the surfing tribe. Great break!

Past Customer,

What a lovely relaxing break from the rat race! Fantastic cottage, home from home, felt at home straight away. Beautiful position, weather on our side too. We have been coming to Borth for 60 years in total, stayed in lots of places, this is one of the favourites. We will be booking again soon!
