Access Statement

The recently renovated old barn is situated on one level. Doors are of standard size with a level access to the property. Outside area of the farmyard is gravel and the front patio area is paved and on one level. The bedrooms and bathroom are all one level. The walls throughout the property are a neutral colour with neutral vertical blinds on all windows. Lighting is good throughout with spotlights and wall lights in both bedrooms with exposed beams in the bedrooms. There is no phone; mobile phone reception is good. The lounge has wall lights and several downlighters, all windows have vertical blinds. There is one standard step down to the lounge and kitchen. The kitchen has downlighters and ample power points at worktop level and a tiled floor. Access to the patio is through double doors with two shallow steps.

Description

This cottage near Brecon is a single storey barn conversion adjacent to the farmyard on the owner's working sheep farm, 2.5 miles north of Brecon.

Furnished to a high standard and retaining many original features, the Brecon cottage comprises two bedrooms (a double and a spacious room with double + twin beds), a bath/shower room, fitted kitchen/breakfast room including d/washer, f/freezer and microwave and a spacious living room with leather suite, pine dining table, digital TV, DVD & radio, WiFi; oil c/heating.

Large patio doors to rear patio with garden furniture and a small stream adjoining. Shared utility with coin-op w/machine. Convenient for golf at Cradoc golf course and club house (half a mile) and on the edge of Brecon Beacons National Park for excellent walking and pony trekking.

Danycrug Barn can be booked with the neighbouring properties to accommodate groups of up to 14 people.

Electricity and heating included.

Bed linen and towels provided. 

Cot and high chair available by arrangement.

No smoking inside please.

NOTE: There are several farm cats on site
