Reviews

Totally great house, super location, amazing views, which is why our family of 4 keeps returning to it.. We love having the beach just a couple of minutes drive away, and being able to check if the tide is in just by looking out of the windows. The shops in Harlech are just a short walk away. Great host and has all kinds of tips and info, and never seems to run out of ideas of new places to visit. Will hopefully be back, yet again.

Mr R,

The Cae Besi apartment we stayed in was ideal. Super location, clean, spaceous, well-equipped and with the best views of the sun setting over the sea I've ever seen in Britain. Our 6 year-old son loved the garden, with its swings and space to play hide-and-seek, as well as a pleasant outdoor table for drinks (we did plan an outdoor meal one day but unfortunately the weather didn't play ball). Harlech centre is easily walkable, as is the station and - a bit further - the beach. While parking is across the road, we never found this to be a problem. Kath was wonderful in looking after us, making sure we had what we wanted and sharing useful information while never being obtrusive: a perfect combination! We would certainly go back if holidaying again in the area, and would thoroughly recommend Cae Besi to others. Thanks!

Mr H,

A lovely flat, well-situated in Harlech with beautiful views. Very well equipped and comfortable, and the owner could not have been more helpful. Highly recommended.

Mr E,

Wonderful view from the cottage, very friendly qwner.

Mr Ullrich K,

Booked at short notice, the accomodation was as advertised. The host, Mrs Smith, was very welcoming and informative and keeps the accomodation and gardens spotless. The views were amazing and the accomodation is perfect for visiting the area eg Portmeirion and for the beach.

Mr Ian D,

Very comfortable cottage in a convenient location
