The cottage has a large lawn and garden to the rear with shrub borders and wild flower areas. Llangian itself is a peaceful little village with a small shop and beautiful church.

The cottage - has a homely feel having been lovingly cared for and upgraded by the current owners' of many years. Underfloor heating on ground floor.

The living room has a large inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove (initial logs supplied), and lovely wooden parquet style flooring. This room is comfortably furnished with country style chairs, a sofa and flatscreen, Freeview TV. A door leads to the patio from here.

Reviews

A lovely charming cottage, full of character set in a beautiful friendly village with great access to the Abersoch and local areas.

Miss G,

We had a great stay despite the weather being not as good as usual. Home owners were really great at checking we were happy with arrangements. We stayed in cottage as close to friends and in Abersoch without being in the epicentre. Garden was a lovely oasis. Llangian is a really charming village with great local shop. Easy to drive/run/walk to Abersoch or beach. Cottage suited our family very well.

Mrs G,

The cottage was lovely in a peaceful village in a good location for exploring the local area.
