Description
This spacious house has been furnished to a high standard. It offers great family accommodation and is ideal for families with children. The house is situated at the top of the popular village of Runswick Bay, only a short walk from its beautiful beach. There are local shops in the village of Hinderwell just a mile away whilst, in the village, there are 3 inns all supplying meals.
GROUND FLOOR:
Lounge: Flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD, stereo, electric fire and bay window.
Sitting Room: Open fire and French doors leading out to garden and patio area.
Kitchen: Fridge/freezer, induction hob, electric oven with grill, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, small TV, table with chairs and door leading to the garden. Tumble dryer and separate toilet in outbuilding.
FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: King-size bed, flat screen TV with Freeview/DVD, wardrobe and chest of drawers and bedroom chair.
Bedroom 2: Single bed and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3: Twin beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bathroom: Bath, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail.
Shower Room: Shower, toilet and small washbasin.
Pets: One dog is welcome.
