Description

This delightful, easy access ground floor, two bed sea front apartment has lovely views over Sandsend Bay. In the summer take in these views of the sea and beach which are literally on your doorstep, whilst in the cooler months snuggle up and take advantage of the cosy surroundings with full central heating and listen to the waves on the shore. The open plan, well equipped kitchen, lounge, diner have some traditional features with beamed ceiling. The property has a small shared patio with outside seating. This property has been recently refurbished with many new features making this a very attractive holiday let in one of the country's most unique picturesque and popular seaside villages. It is ideal for walkers with many national park routes close by. Tea shop is two minutes' walk away.

Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: Down four steps. comfy sofa with separate chair. TV with Freeview, Now TV and DVD, Amazon Echo Alexa Music Platform, oak dining table and chairs, close sea views from both front windows. Fridge with an icebox, electric cooker with oven and grill, microwave, magimix nesspresso coffee machine (please bring your own supplies). kettle and Toaster.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, fitted wardrobe, dressing table, bedside shelves, TV. 
Bedroom 2: Single bed, TV, door leading up to the back patio, wardrobe in the hallway. Tallboy unit in the Bedroom. 
Bathroom: Shower, toilet and washbasin.

Parking: Parking provided for Sandsend car park (50m from flat ) also on-street parking on a first come first served basis.
