Ruswarp is a picturesque village located just less than two miles away from Whitby and along the river Esk. There is a train station which passes through the village going to Pickering or Middlesbrough. The village has many attractions and activities for the family to enjoy, you can row your way down the River Esk in a rowing boat which are available for hire. There is a soft play area called Mini Monsters for the children and a farm park with a variety of farm animals as well as a miniature railway for children to enjoy. Alternatively if you fancy a walk there are many nice routes including The Monks Trod footpath leading to Whitby or routes to its neighbouring village Sleights.

Mr H,

Works well and very comfortable.

Mr R,

Excellent venue for a family gathering, set in a beautiful valley with immaculate accomodation.

Mrs P,

Perfect holiday cottage for multi generational family - we booked both The Barn and The Cottage and it worked brilliantly for 9 of us. The cottages are beautiful - light and airy and tastefully decorated, overlooking green land. Perfectly located near to Whitby, Robin Hood’s Bay and Staithes. Great holiday! Would recommend.

Mrs C,

Excellent property of a high standard in equipment and furnishings. Probably wouldn’t go back not because of the property but like to go to different places.
