Description
Barn Cottage is a luxury barn conversion. It is a combination of The Barn WA006 and The Cottage WA007 and can accommodate up to 10 people. The extending dining table in the barn can comfortably seat 12 people and the modern kitchen has a large range cooker ideal for catering for a large group. The two properties have interior interconnecting doors, underfloor heating and have been equipped and furnished to a very high standard. The Barn has a ground floor bedroom and mobility friendly bathroom making this property suitable for people with mobility problems or in a wheelchair.
GROUND FLOOR (The Barn)
Entrance: Into the lobby shared with The Cottage.
Lounge/Kitchen/Dining Room: TV with Freeview and DVD, iPod docking station, woodburner, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric range with induction hob, double oven and grill, microwave, large extendable refectory style table and chairs, lounge seating for 6, attractive modern staircase leading upstairs with a walkway, wide glass door with a ramp leading out to the patio.

Ruswarp
Ruswarp is a picturesque village located just less than two miles away from Whitby and along the river Esk. There is a train station which passes through the village going to Pickering or Middlesbrough. The village has many attractions and activities for the family to enjoy, you can row your way down the River Esk in a rowing boat which are available for hire. There is a soft play area called Mini Monsters for the children and a farm park with a variety of farm animals as well as a miniature railway for children to enjoy. Alternatively if you fancy a walk there are many nice routes including The Monks Trod footpath leading to Whitby or routes to its neighbouring village Sleights.
