Description

Barn Owl is a beautiful luxury property with hot tub and private off street parking. It has two bedrooms, all the rooms are situated on the ground floor level so the cottage may be suitable for guests with mobility problems. The cottage is located at the top of the cliff, only a few minute drive to the seaside village of Staithes, with shops, pubs and restaurants. Barn Owl can be used in conjunction with Tawny Owl (WA021).  HOT TUB IS SHARED WITH TAWNY OWL (WA021)

Entrance: Ramp access into the kitchen/diner/lounge.
Kitchen/Dining Room/Lounge: Fridge, freezer, gas hob, electric oven with grill, dishwasher, microwave. Dining table and chairs. TV with Freeview and DVD.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table with drawers, TV. 
En suite Wet Room: Shower, toilet and washbasin.
Bedroom 2: Single bed, single wardrobe, dressing table, drawers, TV.
En suite Wet Room: Shower, toilet and washbasin.

Pets: Sorry, no pets.
Parking: Off-street parking for two cars.
Garden/Patio: Shared patio. NOW WITH HOT TUB SHARED WITH TAWNY OWL (WA021)
Heating: Gas central heating with underfloor heating throughout.
Short breaks: Not accepted at peak times.
Notes: Towels are provided. WiFi. Static cot and highchair available. Hot tub shared with Tawny Owl (WA021). Unlimited WiFi is available free of charge. No smoking at this property. Mobile phone signal is weak. This property is at the side of the main road so there will be traffic noise.

A beautiful cottage very conveniently located for exploring Staithes and the surrounding areas. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you would need for a high-quality self catering stay. The private courtyard and hot tub were very peaceful and relaxing.

A few very minor issues that detracted from the enjoyment, namely excessive in your face signage, esp when watching tv, fire extinguisher also too in your face, no cheese grater, no squeegee in wet rooms.
