Description

Situated on the West Cliff in Whitby's town centre this garden apartment is ideal for exploring the town, it is close to the sea front, the beach, Swing Bridge, shops and restaurants. The apartment is decorated to a high standard and very well presented. It has a patio with outside seating.

LOWER GROUND FLOOR:
Entrance: Through a patio down six steps.
Hallway: Stairs to the upper level.
Master Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.
En-suite: Shower and toilet.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (2'6"), wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet.
Bathroom: Bath, shower over the bath, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail.

FIRST FLOOR
Kitchen: Fridge with an ice-box, gas hob and electric oven with grill, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Dining table and chairs.
Lounge: Flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD. Two two-seater sofas, coffee table and wooden cabinet.

Pets: Sorry, no pets.
Parking: This property provides scratch cards for on-street parking parking.
Garden: Patio with table and chairs.
Heating: Gas central heating.
Short breaks: Accepted all year round.

Serendipity is really well located on the west cliff. The apartment is beautifully decorated and well appointed. The two bathrooms is great. We absolutely loved staying there.

This was our second visit to this accommodation. The property provides a good all round standard for a pleasant stay in Whitby. On street parking was not a problem with the parking vouchers provided. Easy access to Whitby and sea front. Loads to see and do in the area. Property was very comfortable and well equipped offering good value for money for a short break or longer stay. Can recommend .

We were extremely happy with the accommodation and particularly with its location. The apartment was nicely laid out and had most things we needed. The bed was really comfortable. We loved the location which was just off the centre of Whitby and we were able to walk to restaurants, cafes and shops. The disc parking worked well and despite the awful weather, we had a fantastic stay.

Serendipity is a lovely property in a good location, within a short walk to the centre of Whitby. Would easily sleep 5, the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped to be able to prepare meals when necessary.
