Description

Elegant period property offering the perfect base for a seaside break being ideally located close to Whitby's hot spots and beach. This spacious four bedroom property,  presented over four floors, has been recently renovated to a high standard and sleeps up to eight people. Boasting the added benefit of a games room to the lower ground floor allowing hours of endless fun for children of all ages. A family bathroom and utility room also occupy this level. To the rear an enclosed yard gives the perfect setting for alfresco dining and is complete with garden furniture. Off road parking is available for one car.

Garden: Private enclosed patio area to the rear of the property with garden furniture.
Parking: Secure off-street parking for one car. Scratch cards are also provided for zoned, local street parking to the front of the property. Spaces are on a first come first served basis.
Heating: Gas-fired central heating, electric, coal effect electric fire.
Short breaks: Not accepted at peak times.
Notes: Please bring your own towels. Travel cot and highchair available upon request. Washing machine in the basement. Unlimited WiFi is available free of charge. No smoking at this property. Mobile phone signal is weak.

Lovely terraced house situated on the West Cliff of Whitby, easy access into the town. House is a comfortable size for the 7 of us that stayed, plenty of bathrooms to accomodate us. Would recommend.

Good all round only slight issues were there was nothing to tell you the location of the bins and when found they were already full, The parking at the back it is not clear where you are expected to park because of this it was better to use the scratch cards and park on the road which could cause problems for local residents. Not enough plastic clear bags were provided. Overall though it was a good holiday and we all liked the cottage very much
