Description

Harbour Rise is a delightful two bedroomed modern apartment, situated close to Whitby town centre and all the amenities. Offering quality furnishings and fabrics throughout and presented to a very high standard, with great attention to detail including some original artwork, Harbour Rise is an ideal choice for a family holiday by the sea. It has a spacious enclosed patio with outside seating, perfect to enjoy al fresco dining on a sunny day or a glass of wine on a warm evening. The apartment provides private secure off street parking. Whitby is a popular seaside resort with a long sandy beach and bustling harbour area. The town is steeped in history with many popular tourist attractions, such as Whitby Abbey, the 199 Steps, St Mary’s Parish Church, the Swing Bridge, the North York Moors Steam Railway and The Dracula Experience.

Exceptionally clean and well equipped apartment within easy walking distance of bus stop, restaurants, pubs and shops. The decor is beautiful and homely and everything you could need is on hand. The on site parking is a real bonus. There was great communication from the owner and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this apartment.

A fabulous property where the owner has thought of absolutely everything you might need for a very comfortable stay. It is in a very quiet location yet just a short walk from the railway station (i.e. less than ten minutes), with everything Whitby has to offer, and the secure gated parking is a real bonus in a town where parking is in short supply. We left our car parked up and made use of the frequent local buses or sampled the fabulous walks to Sandsend and Robin Hood's Bay.

Without any hesitation Harbour Rise is to be highly recommended. The accommodation has the luxury of gated underground car parking - a bonus as parking is at a premium in Whitby. Is close to all the amenities Whitby town has to offer. No one could be disappointed by the attention to detail Jenny the proprietor provides. Harbour Rise is a fantastic place to stay in Whitby. The property is absolutely spotless and beautifully presented. Plenty of space to relax in too. Nice, powerful shower amd quality kitchen crockery and utensils. Jenny couldn’t have been more helpful in making our stay a pleasant one, from leaving a lovely welcome gift basket to ensuring we had all everything we needed for staying with an infant too. She was great at keeping us informed about how to check in and, although we didn’t need to, was always just a message or call away if we needed anything. The town centre is a very short stroll away and having secure parking was a huge benefit for us. Would not hesitate to recommend to others. We had a lovely stay and we’re sure you will too!

Harbour Rise is a beautifully furnished home from home in an ideal location, just a few minutes walk away from the train station and main town. We have stayed in a number of rental properties in the UK and this one is the best to date by far. The apartment is immaculate and the standard of cleanliness and equipment/essentials was second to none. It’s a great central location with secure underground parking and refuse facilities. Communication with the owner was fantastic throughout the entire rental process and we were delighted with the added benefits of the Welcome Pack and Christmas Tree and decorations.
